Itaú Unibanco, commonly known as Itaú, is the largest private bank in Brazil and the largest financial conglomerate in the southern hemisphere, headquartered in the city of São Paulo. Present in 21 countries, the bank has around 5,000 branches in Brazil and abroad and 26,000 ATMs and service points, in addition to having more than 99,000 employees, almost 55 million customers and more than 95,000 shareholders. In 2016, Itaú's asset portfolio reached R$1.43 trillion reais - the largest in the country. 

Itaú Personnalité, is the high-income segment of Itaú Unibanco, and underwent its biggest transformation since it was created in 1996. The rebrand is a response to new customer needs and to modernize the value proposition.
